Full-Time Center Based Registered ABA Therapist
About the Role
Join our team as a Behavior Technician/RBT at Illuminate! We help children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive through personalized ABA therapy. You'll work closely with families to teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy in center, in-home, and community-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide center, in-home, and community-based ABA therapy
- Track client progress during sessions
- Maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions
- Use a smartphone or similar device to capture client session data
- Engage actively with children in various settings (home, clinic, school, community) to ensure client safety and provide effective support
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Reliable transportation and comfort driving to the center and/or client sessions
- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions
- Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation and data collection
- Ability to travel between client locations
Qualifications
We encourage you to apply if you are currently pursuing or have completed college coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Child Development, Sociology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.

Schedule
Full-time (30-40 hours per week) depending on client and staff availability. Center hours are 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday-Friday. Evening availability is required for full-time hours, along with comfort working in home-based therapeutic settings.
