About the role
We are a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering a unique, multi-specialty approach to the treatment of pediatric neurodevelopmental differences. Our services support a variety of patient populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, articulation difficulties, ADHD, anxiety, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, learning disorders, and more.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive, personalized care plans for patients.
- Provide clinical assessments and interventions to address a range of neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of new treatment protocols based on emerging neuroscience insights.
- Engage with families to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor care to meet individual goals.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in pediatric neurodevelopmental care.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pediatrics, Psychology, Special Education).
- Experience in working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice in your state or country.
- Experience in conducting clinical assessments and interventions.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric neurodevelopmental care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
