Full-Time Cashier

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and help both customers and co-workers
• Use point-of-sale system to process transactions
• Bag and assist customers with their purchases
• Guide customers with product deals, discounts, and promotions
• Tackle customer questions, provide quotes, and research inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Participate in store events while prioritizing safety standards and completing assigned tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Good communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email
• The ability to work a rotating Saturday shift

Qualifications

• Frequently lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
• Frequently bend, sit, squat, lift overhead, push, pull, kneel, and reach
