Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Checkout: Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming checkout experience. Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions. Answer basic customer questions and provide support as needed. Help ensure customers leave satisfied and excited to return.
• Store Operations & Execution: Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately while following all cash‑handling procedures. Assist with daily store operations such as restocking, fitting‑room upkeep, and keeping checkout areas clean and organized. Maintain store recovery and visual standards so the front of the store is always customer‑ready. Follow all safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Teamwork & Culture: Work collaboratively with teammates and leaders to achieve daily store goals. Participate in training and coaching to build skills and grow in your role. Bring positive energy and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, team‑oriented environment. Maintain a solution‑oriented mindset and jump in where needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.
