Full Time Caregiver (NOC)

About the role

Silverado Franklin, a memory care innovator ranked in the top 10 nationwide by Fortune Magazine Best Workplaces in Aging Services, is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Pay

Anticipated pay range: $18 USD - $20 USD

Schedule

Full time, NOC shift, Friday - Sunday (12 hr. shifts)
