Full-Time Caregiver (7pm - 7am)

We are expanding our team with dedicated and compassionate professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, particularly those with dementia. Experience in dementia caregiving is highly valued.

About the role

Full-time shift: 7pm - 7am

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
• Administer medications and injections based on medical charts, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the environment, including light housekeeping.
• Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
• Assess for changes in residents' conditions and communicate immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow schedules and assist residents with repositioning.
• Answer call lights, assess residents' needs, and assist with meals.
• Complete all required documents and charting accurately.
• Utilize good judgment in providing client care and safety.
• Assist other team members with their duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
