Full-Time Caregiver (7pm - 7am)

About the Role

Bridgeway Park Senior Living Community is under new management and is expanding its team with dedicated, compassionate professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, especially those with dementia. Candidates with dementia caregiving experience are highly valued as we strive to provide the highest quality of specialized care to residents with cognitive challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
• Pass medication and provide hands‑on care to each resident.
• Maintain cleanliness of the environment, including light housekeeping.
• Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
• Assess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to the supervisor.
• Administer medications and injections to residents based on medical charts.
• Follow schedule and assist residents with repositioning.
• Document medications according to procedures.
• Utilize good judgment in providing client care and safety.
• Assist other team members with their duties.
• Complete all required documents and charting.
• Answer call lights and assess residents' needs.
• Obtain meal trays and assist with eating.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Schedule

Full‑time, night shift: 7 pm – 7 am.
