About the role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Analytics to support our Clinical Engagement Platform Team, focusing on moving care into the home.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in core product offerings and analytics technology
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets
- Provide clinical insights through analysis of claims data, HCCs, and HEDIS measures
- Define, track, and report key metrics to demonstrate product value
- Create dashboards and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis, data science, or related roles
- 3+ years with SQL, databases, and ETL processes
- 2-3 years stakeholder management experience
- Healthcare claims data expertise (3-5 years)
- Knowledge of ICD10/CPT coding and reporting tools like Power BI
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with healthcare regulations
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt to setbacks with creativity and calmness
Preferred Skills
- Experience with risk adjustment, quality metrics, and care management
- Project management, statistical modeling, and Python skills are a plus
- Relevant healthcare industry understanding (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
