  Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and management of business analysis activities for large and complex projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business domain and industry trends.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and workshops to define project scope and objectives.
  • Elicit, document, and validate complex business and technical requirements.
  • Develop innovative solutions and business cases to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other business analysts.
  • Ensure adherence to business analysis standards and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating complex information.
  • Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and tools within the organization.

  Requirements:

  • Business Analytics
  • G Suite (GDS) knowledge; reporting is required
  • Google Data Studio
  • Skills required: Google Sheets experience required
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written)
  • Critical Thinker
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good Mathematical skills
  • Good Platform/Systems knowledge (experience in handling Gorgias / Aircall / Shopify is a plus but not required)
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Equipment: 8gb RAM and Core i5 above or equivalent processor (required)
