About the role
The Ellsworth School Department is seeking a Full Time Bus Driver to join their Transportation Department. They are willing to cover the cost of obtaining a Class B License if needed and will enter into a Memorandum of Understanding to commit to working for the department.
Responsibilities
- Operate school buses safely and efficiently
- Ensure students arrive at school on time
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with students and staff
Requirements
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Experience driving school buses preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
