Full-Time Bus Driver
Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under general supervision of the Quality Review Greater Illinois Director, conducts surveys and visits to certified, licensed, operated and/or funded developmental disabilities service agencies (including but not limited to community integrated living arrangements, state operated developmental centers, developmental training programs and intermediate care facilities for persons with mental retardation/developmental disabilities).
Identifies areas related to nursing services, the administration of medications and the oversight of medication administration that require improvement.
Develops training, technical assistance and monitoring systems and implements policy and procedural changes to accomplish needed improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation from an approved nursing education program resulting in an associate or a diploma degree in nursing and three years of professional nursing experience
- Or a bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of professional nursing experience
- Or a master's degree in nursing
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
- Able to travel
- Able to meet criteria as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP)
