Full Time Bridal Stylist - Chicago

About the role

Join our beautiful Chicago Boutique as a Full-Time Bridal Stylist. Grace Loves Lace is the world leader in innovative, modern bridal with an e-commerce store and an expanding boutique network worldwide. We seek talent committed to service excellence, who can build strong personal connections and act as brand ambassadors. This role offers opportunities for growth with our global brand, including boutiques in Australia, the US, Canada, and London.

Schedule

32 hours per week, 4 days per week, with open working availability between Thursday–Sunday. Consistent weekend work is required, as these are our busiest boutique days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments
• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
• Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
• Strive toward and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
• Act as the face of our brand, wearing our beautiful products while in the boutique
• Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories
• Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email and phone using an iPad
• Learn and retain extensive product knowledge
• Build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong multi-tasking skills and highest standard of attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and take on extra shifts as needed
• Intermediate IT and administration skills; experience with iPad, MS Office, and data entry (e.g., NetSuite) is advantageous
• Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace Mission and Values
• Work rights in the United States; two recent and relevant referees required
