Chicago Part Time Bridal Stylist

Please note that this is a part time position. Hours can range depending on the needs of the business. Fridays & Saturdays are a MUST, and Holidays are preferred. The pay includes hourly wage and commission. Job Description Jenny Yoo Collection is seeking a passionate and highly motivated bridal stylist for our Chicago showroom! Ideal candidate must be outgoing, upbeat, and professional who loves working in a customer service intensive environment. Each stylist is trained to handle all aspects of the store. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years fashion retail experience, preferably in bridal sales but not required. This position requires Saturdays. Job Responsibilities Greeting customers and make them feel at homeAnswering all client inquiries and questions via phone and emailsGuiding brides and bridesmaids through their dress selection in one-on-one appointmentsStyling brides from head to toe and closing salesProviding honest feedback and recommendations on various dresses selected by customersCultivate rapport with all customersDeveloping knowledge of bridal fashion styles, trends, designers, fit and alterationsMaintaining visual appearance and cleanliness of store to company's standardsDisplaying all merchandise based on presentation guidelines and replenishing all merchandise back to racks/mannequins from dressing roomProcess, confirm, and invoice sales ordersTrack and communicate order status with bridesOpening and closing storeParticipation in in-store and off-site bridal eventsAddress Customer Service complaints and offer solutions following company guidelines Ideal Qualifications And Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of fashion retail experience, preferably in bridal salesOutgoing personality with a professional image in appearance and behaviorConsistently exhibits high energy levelAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure in a fast paced environmentExceptional customer service skills, sales and follow up skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer focused, team oriented and strong people skillsAbility to troubleshoot and problem solveDemonstrated leadership ability and strong work ethicPassion and desire for excellence; motivated and results drivenOrganized, detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and reliableStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Coachable, Team Player, and Self Starter Hours Monday: 9:30-6:30 pm Tuesday-Thursday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm Friday: 9:30-6:30 pm Saturday: 9:45 am-6:00 pm Sunday: CLOSED
