Full-Time Branch Manager

Role Overview: The Branch Manager oversees all manufacturing activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct production and related activities to meet or exceed goals.Forecast staffing needs and manage team accordingly.Design and implement processes to improve yield, quality, safety, and profitability.Develop workflow analyses and production schedules.Maintain safety standards, conduct training, and implement safety programs to reduce accidents.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.Prepare production reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Lead, motivate, and coach staff to foster trust, teamwork, and accountability.Ensure availability of supplies and proper equipment maintenance. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience preferred.7+ years of manufacturing experience in high-production settings.At least 5 years of managerial experience.Strong leadership, process development, safety, and cross-team communication skills. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing manufacturing operations, implementing process improvements, and fostering a safe, motivated work environment.
