Full-Time Branch Manager

Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing functions, ensuring operations are timely, cost-effective, and compliant with procedures. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct production activities; forecast staffing needs; develop processes to enhance yield and quality; analyze workflows; implement safety and productivity programs; ensure OSHA and company standards are met; lead, motivate, and coach staff; maintain operational supplies; prepare production reports; identify continuous improvement opportunities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in manufacturing; 7+ years in high-production manufacturing environments; 5+ years of managerial experience.
