Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations to ensure timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct production and related activities to meet or exceed goalsForecast staffing needs and manage team accordinglyDesign and implement processes to improve yield, quality, safety, and productivityDevelop workflow analyses and production methods to meet schedulesMaintain safety standards, OSHA compliance, and safety training programsLead, motivate, and coach staff to foster trust, teamwork, and accountabilityEnsure availability of operational supplies and prepare production reportsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and resolve cross-functional issues Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience preferred7+ years manufacturing experience in high-production environments5+ years managerial experience in similar industryStrong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills
