Full-Time Branch Manager

Role Overview: The Branch Manager oversees all manufacturing functions, ensuring timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet or exceed goals.Forecast staffing needs and develop teams accordingly.Design and implement processes to improve yield, quality, safety, productivity, and profitability.Analyze workflows and develop methods for meeting production schedules.Maintain safety standards, conduct safety training, and develop programs to reduce accidents.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize equipment utilization.Lead, communicate, and coach staff to foster a motivated and accountable work environment.Ensure operational supplies are available and prepare production reports.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience preferred.7+ years in high-production manufacturing environments.5+ years of managerial experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.
