Role Overview
The Branch Manager (BM) serves as a business leader responsible for coaching and developing staff, fostering a motivated and diverse team environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The BM builds and maintains relationships with customers and community partners, promoting the Civista brand and expanding market share.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in retail or branch banking (4+ years).
- Leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
- Strong community partnership skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to work with computer screens, lift files up to 50 lbs, and communicate professionally.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and training.
