Full-Time Branch Manager

Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing functions, ensuring timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures, and managing activities related to product lines. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct production and related activities to meet or surpass goals.Forecast staffing needs and develop teams accordingly.Design and implement processes to improve yield, quality, safety, and profitability.Analyze workflows and develop methods to meet production schedules.Maintain safety standards, OSHA compliance, and develop safety programs to minimize accidents.Lead, coach, and motivate teams to foster trust, teamwork, accountability, and business ownership.Ensure operational supplies are available and prepare production reports.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.7+ years experience in manufacturing within a high-production environment.Minimum of 5 years managerial experience.Strong leadership, process improvement, safety compliance, and communication skills.
