Full-Time Branch Manager

Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing functions, ensuring timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet or exceed goalsForecast staffing needs and manage team deploymentDesign and implement processes to enhance yield and qualityAnalyze workflows and develop methods to meet production schedulesDevelop and maintain safety, productivity, and profitability programsEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsLead safety training and develop initiatives to reduce accidentsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issuesPrepare reports on production activities and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesMaintain operational supplies and equipment utilization Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience preferred7+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-production environmentMinimum of 5 years managerial experienceStrong leadership, communication, and teamwork skillsKnowledge of safety standards and process improvement techniques
