Responsibilities

  • The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
  • The Digital Concierge: Educate clients on leveraging mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, enhancing their convenience and security.
  • The First-Line Consultant: Identify and address clients' personal or business goals, pairing them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
  • The Hospitality Lead: Greet customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while balancing efficiency and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Proficient in G-Suite

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

  • Bogalusa, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador

Schedule

Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change. Requires regular and consistent attendance.
