Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, maintaining compliance with all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: Educate clients on leveraging mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payment methods, enhancing their financial convenience and security.
• The First-Line Consultant: Identify and address client needs by pairing them with the right digital tools or banking solutions to achieve their financial goals.
• The Hospitality Lead: Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and balancing operational efficiency with community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

• Bogalusa, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador.

Schedule

Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change.
