Full-Time Bartender | Kachina Cantina

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
• Ensure established pars are maintained
• Perform sidework duties according to schedules

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs., 50 - 100 lbs.
• Physical demands: prolonged standing, walking, lifting and carrying throughout the shift, continuous standing 100% of the time scheduled, climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of the time

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified

Skills

• Knowledge of state liquor laws
• Ability to accurately count cash
• Ability to operate cash register
