Role Overview
Responsible for assisting guest’s food and coffee/beverage orders. Strong guest service orientation. Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction and cash handling. Maintaining well organized area and restocking station as needed.
Responsibilities
- Cover both AM & PM shifts as needed based on hotel and guest occupancy.
- AM shifts are generally 5:30am/6am to 2 or 2:30pm - PM shifts are 2pm to 10:30pm.

Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Unafraid of food and beverage related tasks and responsibilities.
- Some previous customer service, food & beverage, or barista experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to lift and carry 10lbs-20lbs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays.
- A fun and energized person.
- Aware of proper phone etiquette.
