About the role

The Lead Automotive Technician / Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately, following dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Performing multi-point inspections
  • Explaining technical issues to customers and team members
  • Recommending necessary services
  • Maintaining safety procedures

Requirements

  • Maintain ASE certifications
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • PREFERRED: Experience or training in ASE or similar certifications
