Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair customer vehicles efficiently per industry standards
  • Perform complex repairs and detailed multi-point inspections
  • Explain diagnoses and repair needs to customers and team members
  • Recommend necessary services and document all work
  • Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship within expected timeframes

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience or ASE certifications
  • Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools
  • Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred

Skills & Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in noisy, dusty environments with safety gear
  • Capability to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 70 pounds, and perform physical tasks
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work various shop areas and follow safety protocols
