Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is a unique veterinary practice located in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas. We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families
• Work flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules
• Enjoy an average of 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day
• Practice medicine that fills your heart and aligns with your values
• Receive ongoing training and support from experienced leaders

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice and euthanasia care preferred
• Strong communication and empathy skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Pay

• 4-day positions starting at $85,000, 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities
• 3-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule
