About the role

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in North Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, support, and alignment with personal values.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families
• Work with a supportive team of veterinarians and support professionals
• Enjoy flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules
• Receive ongoing training and mentorship
• Access to a 24/7/365 Support Center

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Background and motor vehicle record check required

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice and euthanasia care preferred
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay

Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities.
