Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian in Hartford, CT and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules, compassionate hospice and euthanasia care, and a supportive community of veterinarians and support professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes
• Work with a team of veterinarians and support professionals
• Offer personalized care and support to pet owners
• Ensure compliance with all veterinary and client guidelines

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance

Schedule

• 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities available
• Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities
• 3-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule
