Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a team of passionate associates
• Create buzz and engage customers through promotions and social media
• Lead operations, ensuring a balance of efficiency and customer service
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
• Merchandise the store and launch promotions on time

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Leadership skills in recruiting, developing, and retaining teams
• Communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a degree preferred
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Benefits

BoxLunch offers competitive compensation, including a starting hourly rate of $22.25 - $26.70, with other factors determining final salary.
