About the role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead our pop culture-driven brand and support our mission of eliminating hunger. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop a team, and manage operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and comp sales goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team
  • Create buzz and engage customers through promotions and social media
  • Lead operations, balancing autonomy and customer-first practices
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and schedules
  • Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
  • Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
  • Messure and merchandise the store, launching promotions on time

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
  • Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
  • Experience leading teams to success
  • Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
  • Ability to develop team members
  • Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
  • At least 18 years of age
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Open to learning and adapting to a fast-changing industry
