About the role
We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead our pop culture-driven brand and support our mission of eliminating hunger. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can inspire their team and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals
- Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team
- Create buzz and engage customers through promotions and social media
- Lead operations, including payroll, hours, and schedules
- Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners
- Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
- Messure merchandise the store in a compelling way, launching all promos on time
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
- Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Ability to manage a team and develop employees
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing industry
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
