Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team to run the store
• Create buzz and engage customers through promotions, social media, and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Lead operations, balancing efficiency, autonomy, and customer service
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and schedules
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
• Mercandise the store according to planograms and launch promotions on time

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
• Communication, recruiting, operations, and people development skills
• Average age of 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Benefits

BoxLunch offers a competitive starting salary range of $19.15 - $23 per hour, with other factors determining the final salary for new hires.
