About the role
We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead our store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing a passionate team. You’ll support the Store Manager in creating buzz and engaging customers, leading operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and comp sales goals
- Recruit, develop, and retain a team to run the store
- Create buzz and engage customers through promotions, social media, and BOPIS/Curbside Pickup
- Lead operations including shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and schedule management
- Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
- Run sales reports and use data to guide strategies
- Mess merchandising the store and launching promotions on time
- Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
- Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and team development
- Able to manage a 50-pound box of merchandise
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate the store and pack/unpack boxes
