Full Time Anesthesiologist
Penn Highlands is a 25-bed critical access hospital in scenic St. Marys, Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to the community.
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to administer anesthesia and related care for patients undergoing a diverse range of surgical and medical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, ophthalmology, and ENT. You will also oversee the medical direction of CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for various surgical and medical procedures across multiple specialties.
- Provide medical direction and oversight of CRNAs.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
- Valid Pennsylvania state medical license (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

$440,000 annually.
Schedule
2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
