Full-Time and Float Housekeeper

About the role

This position is responsible for cleaning floors and the required number of rooms to ensure compliance with established organizational standards. Duties will be 100% housekeeping, aligned with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Howard County Medical Center.

Schedule

Two shift options are available:

• 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but willing to train a qualified person.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Ability to work cooperatively and maintain good working relationships.
• Ability to identify problems.
• All other job duties as assigned.
