About the role

You Are Accountable is building an affordable peer support, testing, and technology platform to help individuals, families, and providers create lasting change. As an Accountable Recovery Specialist, you'll walk alongside members through their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Offering peer support via text and video
• Maintaining toxicology and breathalyzer test monitoring over video
• Collaborating with clinical teams to ensure alignment
• Developing and tracking personalized relapse prevention plans
• Weekly check-ins and review of progress surveys

Requirements

• At least 3 years of continuous sobriety
• Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in Washington State
• Experience in case management, counseling, sponsorship, or similar roles
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and listening skills

Qualifications

• Open about personal recovery journey
