About the role

You Are Accountable is building an affordable peer support, testing, and technology platform to help individuals, families, and providers create lasting change. As an Accountable Recovery Specialist, you will walk alongside members through their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Offering peer support via text and video
• Maintaining toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video
• Collaborating with clinical teams to ensure alignment
• Creating and tracking personalized relapse prevention plans
• Checking in weekly and reviewing progress surveys

Requirements

• At least 3 years of continuous sobriety
• Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in North Carolina
• Experience in case management, counseling, sponsorship, or similar roles
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and listening skills
