Full-Time 3rd–5th Grade Teachers

About the role

We are seeking full-time 3rd–5th grade teachers to lead our Christ-centered classrooms, designed to develop the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Responsibilities

• Lead small class sizes for deeper impact
• Teach core subjects to strengthen students' academic skills and confidence
• Integrate faith authentically into teaching and help students grow in their faith
• Guide students through an important stage of independence and responsibility
• Partner with families to support each child's continued growth

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred)
• An experienced (or called) educator to work with 3rd–5th grade students
• A passion for upper elementary education and student development
• An engaging, structured approach to creating a classroom where students are both challenged and supported

Pay

From $50,847 to $63,445 per year
