New Teacher/Licensed Staff Orientation: July 24th & 27th
Work Schedule: 182 contracted work days

Salary: Minimum starting pay is $50,500/year and the maximum salary is $101,999/year.
Responsibilities
- Teach 3rd-5th grade curriculum aligned with Colorado standards.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that foster critical thinking and creativity.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Support students' social-emotional development and well-being.
- Adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment: K-6 Elementary Education.
- Training requirements for the Colorado READ Act.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Experience: District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year relevant experience.
- Education: BA/BS from accredited college or university.
- Licensure: Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment: K-6 Elementary Education.
- Training: Training requirements for the Colorado READ Act.
