Full-time 3p-11p LPN Charge Nurse

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plans and provides professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape.
• Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
• Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
• Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.

Requirements

• Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborative team player.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.

Pay

Starting pay: Competitive rates up to $36 per hour, based on experience.

Differentials offered: Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts; Weekend differential: $2.00 for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Schedule

Available shifts: Per diem.

Additional expectations: Weekend on-call availability required; per diem staff expected to fulfill 2 weekend shifts monthly.
