Full-Time 2nd Shift Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Central Fill, Health and Wellness Central Operations - Health and Wellness (Warehouse Setting)
Position Summary
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy focusing on prescription processing and fast, accurate filling. We hire Shipping and Receiving associates for our Spring, Texas location who will manage product deliveries and maintain inventory.
What you'll do...
- Maintains sorter operation by removing full totes, replenishing empty totes, scanning, and rearranging totes.
- Manages product deliveries by preparing, reviewing, and verifying receiving documentation; processing, counting, separating, and scanning product; and organizing inventory.
- Stocks drugs by opening boxes, labeling, scanning, sorting, and placing drugs in designated locations; and maintaining records and equipment.
- Maintains quality and integrity of inventory by removing damaged or expired product; identifying and resolving discrepancies; and providing feedback on processes.
- Completes work assignments by packing prescriptions, scanning medications, and completing paperwork for shipments.
- Packages temperature-sensitive medication according to drug specifications; ensures necessary supplies are included in each shipment; and completes and verifies shipment paperwork.
Required Shift Availability
Candidates must be available for rotating weekly shifts between 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Full-Time: 34 to 40 hours per week, up to 10-hour shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in shipping and receiving
- 1 year experience in inventory control
