Full Stack/UI Engineer

About the role

This is a 12+ month contract position located in Westlake, TX or Durham, NC, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 weeks onsite per month.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering and design principles, with experience building enterprise web and middle tier applications using Angular, Typescript, and NodeJS. Additional responsibilities will include API design and development, microservices architecture, and experience with AWS services for deploying and managing applications in the cloud.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong foundation in software engineering and design principles
• Experience with Angular, Typescript, and NodeJS
• Experience with API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, Swagger)
• Proficiency with AWS services for deploying and managing applications in the cloud
• Familiarity with database frameworks like DynamoDB, Oracle
• Experience with source control and pull requests for collaborative development in code repository tools like GitHub
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins
