Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain full stack applications with a focus on secure, reliable, and scalable performance.
  • Create and improve backend services and web interfaces using technologies such as Node.js, Python, JavaScript, React, .NET, and ASP.NET.
  • Develop and support RESTful APIs that enable seamless integration between distributed systems and user-facing platforms.
  • Manage and refine CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps, including build automation, testing, deployment, and release coordination.
  • Investigate production and development issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Review code contributions, uphold engineering standards, and encourage consistent development practices across the team.
  • Work within Agile delivery models to plan iterations, track progress, and continuously improve team execution.
  • Partner with peers and stakeholders to ensure applications meet expectations for security, maintainability, and overall system performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience in full stack or application development roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js, Python, JavaScript, React, .NET.
  • Experience building applications and services in cloud environments, especially AWS, including services such as Lambda, S3, ECS, and related deployment tooling.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps for source control, pipeline management, automated delivery, and release processes.
  • Solid experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and make sound engineering decisions under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding methods, software development lifecycle practices, and Agile team environments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute technical guidance during design and delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
