Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using React (UI) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Partner with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in Agile development (estimation, sprint delivery, code reviews).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across UI and backend.
- Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of full stack software development experience.
- Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Backend: Java, Spring, Spring Boot.
- Experience building UI-driven full stack applications and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Knowledge of relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React state management and performance optimization.
- Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Azure services (AKS, Functions, etc.).
- Understanding of secure coding and code analysis tools.
- Node.js experience.
- Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (preferred).
Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
