About The Role

We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical projects supporting system accreditation efforts for government clients. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to develop, enhance, and maintain secure software applications that support operational efficiency and compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation, implementing required controls, and supporting system security and accreditation processes. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
• Solid understanding of architectural and design patterns, including MVC, RESTful API design, and common creational/behavioral patterns like Singleton, Factory, and Observer.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation supporting system accreditation and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Developing applications aimed at enhancing user interfaces, enabling operators, and improving operational efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities for technological improvements through automation and advanced data management techniques.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment of secure solutions.
• Designing, prototyping, and implementing applications using web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS.
• Utilizing Python and frameworks like Django to build accessible and user-friendly applications.
• Collaborating with Data Analysts, Scientists, and Engineers to troubleshoot and optimize user interface capabilities.
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to enhance user experience and ensure all implementation requirements are met effectively.
• Supporting documentation efforts for system accreditation and security controls, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
