Summary
CTC Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support cloud-based SIGINT and cyber solutions at Fort Meade. This role is ideal for a motivated developer who is comfortable working across front-end, back-end, and containerized environments.Locations

- Provide software engineering, customer support, and infrastructure services in support of SIGINT and cyber mission needs.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based software applications and services.
- Build and support conventional REST services.
- Develop and maintain software using Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and related technologies.
- Query, maintain, and troubleshoot MongoDB and Elasticsearch environments.
- Work within Docker and Docker Compose enabled development and deployment environments.
- Move effectively between front-end and back-end development tasks.
- Use GitLab and Jira to support source control, issue tracking, collaboration, and development workflows.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools and techniques to improve productivity and software delivery.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, REST services, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Docker, and Docker Compose.
- Comfortable using GitLab, Jira, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Able to move between front-end and back-end development.
- Desired experience includes Golang, Protobuf, React, SASS/LESS, Leaflet, Elasticsearch index management, and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Seven (7) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
