What You Will Do

• Build and deploy full-stack applications and agentic systems across the stack using Next.js/React, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeScript.
• Support and scale AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to handle rapid growth and high-concurrency enterprise demands.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs and agent frameworks to transform how sales organizations operate and change the structure of customer revenue teams.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses deep full-stack capability within a modern TypeScript environment and has a proven track record of shipping production-grade code to enterprise users.
• Brings previous early-stage startup experience or a founder's mentality, having built something from zero or deliberately chosen high-growth, high-stakes environments.
• Demonstrates practical experience building with AI/LLM APIs and agent frameworks, moving beyond theoretical knowledge to deliver functional, value-driving product features.
