The position is listed on behalf of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. Our partner is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer based in the United States. This role involves building and enhancing modern software applications, working on impactful digital solutions, and contributing to a collaborative engineering environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications. You will also collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver effective solutions, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Develop responsive front-end experiences using modern frameworks such as React.
  • Develop robust back-end services and APIs using technologies such as Python and Node.js.
  • Design and integrate APIs to support scalable and efficient application functionality.
  • Work with database systems, including Oracle, to develop and optimize data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze technical needs, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and performance.
  • Participate in development practices that promote scalability, maintainability, and clean code standards.

Requirements

  • Experienced software developer with strong full-stack development skills.
  • Strong proficiency in React and Python.
  • Experience developing and integrating APIs.
  • Experience working with Oracle databases and data-driven applications.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack development principles and scalable web application design.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is an advantage.
