About the role

The Full-Stack Product Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions that enhance the capabilities of the AI + people analytics platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack solutions using modern web technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and performant applications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall codebase quality
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences
• Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment process

Requirements

• 2 - 6 years of experience as a full-stack product engineer
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
